Refund Policy

All purchases made on Cockroach AI are final and non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

No Refunds
We do not offer refunds for any plan โ€” daily, monthly, quarterly, or yearly โ€” once payment is processed.

No Partial Refunds
Unused days in a subscription period are not refundable or transferable to another plan or account.

No Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first will result in permanent account ban.

Exception: Technical Failure
If a payment is charged but your plan is not activated due to a verified technical error on our side, we will resolve it within 48 hours.

Why No Refunds?

Cockroach AI is a digital software product. Once access is granted, the service has been delivered. Unlike physical goods, digital access cannot be "returned." Our pricing is intentionally kept very low (starting at โ‚น100/day) so you can try with minimal financial risk before committing to a longer plan.

We strongly recommend starting with the Daily plan (โ‚น100) to evaluate the product before purchasing a monthly or longer plan.

Circumstances Where We Will NOT Issue Refunds

Payment Failures

If your payment fails but your bank account is debited, the amount will typically be refunded by your bank or PhonePe within 5โ€“7 business days. This is outside our control and governed by PhonePe's and your bank's policies.

If you believe a failed payment was incorrectly processed, contact us at help@cockroach-ai.com with your payment ID and we will investigate.

Plan Activation Issues

If you paid successfully but your plan was not activated in the app within 15 minutes, please:

We will resolve verified activation failures within 48 hours by extending your plan accordingly.
