Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cockroach AI website and the Interview Assistant application (the "Product"). By purchasing or using the Product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

Your one-time payment grants you lifetime access to: a video course, a PDF setup and build guide, the full source code, a ready-to-install Windows build, and a ready-to-install Mac build, as described on the pricing page at the time of purchase.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive license to use, modify, and build your own installer from the source code for your own personal or internal use. You may not resell, redistribute, or publicly re-license the source code or compiled builds as your own commercial product.

3. Account and access

Access to downloads and updates requires a valid account, authenticated via Google sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your account secure.

4. Payments

Payments are processed via Razorpay. Prices are shown in INR unless stated otherwise. Successful payment is verified server-side before dashboard access is unlocked.

5. No guaranteed outcomes

The Product is a tool to help you prepare for and participate in interviews. We do not guarantee any specific interview outcome, job offer, or that the Product is undetectable by any third party in any given interview setting. Use of the Product during an interview is at your own discretion and risk, including with respect to any policies of the interviewer or platform you are using.

6. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.

7. Limitation of liability

The Product is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cockroach AI is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Product.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
